PAD DRIVE
Project Mission
> Improve standard of living for girls in Zimbabwe.
> Provide girls with sustainable sanitary pads and comprehensive menstrual education.
> Increase the self-esteem and creativity of girls to fight against poverty.

We strive to propagate a culture of peace building in homes and communities . Female Inc will be working with schools and communities in Zimbabwe. The Pad Drive Campaign seeks to give the girl child an equal chance to compete and lead a fulfilled life. " A 2015 survey by the Ministry of Women and Youth Affairs, indicates that 20 percent of girls miss school due to period pain while 67 percent miss school due to lack of pads and 26 percent stay home because of heavy flows during menstruation." Girls in Zimbabwe miss are greatly disadvantaged when they are menstruating due to a lack of menstrual hygiene knowledge and resources.

To become good readers children need access to good books. So, we don’t just provide opportunities for children to read; we give them access to books they call their own. Many Zimbabwean children have never experienced the joy and pride of owning a book. We’re determined to change that.
