Terms And Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to memberships provided by the Women’s Business Club.
Please read this document carefully. These Terms and Conditions supersede all representations, understandings or agreements.
1. ACCEPTANCE
1.1. Any business woman can apply to the Female Inc Club for membership.
1.2. The Female Inc Club reserves the right to deny or cancel membership,
access to its events or online facilities should the member or their company be deemed unsuitable for membership. No explanation needs to be given.
1.3. It is not necessary for Clients to sign an acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions for them to apply. Any payment towards the service constitutes agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Membership of the Female Inc Club is conditional to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
1.6. As a member of Female Inc you will undertake not to set up a
similar women’s business networking and training organisation from the ‘know how’ gained by attending the Female Inc events, to compete with Female Inc.
2. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
2.1. Unless Female Inc agrees otherwise, the Client agrees to pay:
$120 for a Rose membership, $160 for a Silver membership, $200 for a Gold Membership, $220 for Platinum membership.
2.2. Membership includes the Female meet ups,
that needs to be paid separately at X amount per month.
2.3. Membership period is one year from the date of first payment and where paid
in monthly installments the member is liable for the full year’s membership fee.
2.4. Any Female business owner or its representatives acting in a manner not
conducive to the vision and culture of Female Inc can have their membership suspended or withdrawn. Activities that can lead to said suspension or membership cancellation include:
- Gossip of any form within the club or about a member.
- Lack of attendance at meetings.
- Inappropriate or unprofessional behaviour.
- Spamming members via email.
- Inappropriate online content.
- Aggressive promotion through our social media groups.
In such circumstances, no refund of fees will be made.
3. SERVICES
3.1. Members pay an annual subscription fee in return for the following benefits:

3.2. The member's profession exclusivity is to represent their main business or a one clear part of their business activities.
3.3. Should a business provide more than one main product or service the member may only promote the business activity within the category that they chose when joining the club.

4.1. The website Data Protection and Privacy Policy can be found in the footer part of
the website.
4.2. All members and subscribers are responsible for any content they post on our
website.
4.3. Female Inc guarantees the accuracy or quality of any
content posted or circulated through the website.
